Lisa Goodgrove, MSc.PT., CAFCI

Physiotherapist

Vestibular | Concussion

Acupuncture | Dry Needling

Lisa likes to empower clients to improve their function and achieve their goals.  She finds it essential to help clients decrease pain, but also assist them in understanding and correcting the source of the problem.

She has taken an interest in using specific exercise to treat conditions related to pelvic stability. Conditions affected by the pelvis can range from hip, back, shoulder, knee pain and more. This can be beneficial to anyone, but especially people returning to activity after pregnancy and birth.

Lisa has been practicing physiotherapy since she graduated from the University of Alberta in 2010. She has taken training in advanced manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling. In addition to orthopedic issues, she has a special interest in dizziness. She has training in assessing and treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and other vestibular disorders as well as concussion management. She has recently begun using applied neurology techniques with her concussion clients. These offer a more efficient way of targeting treatment to the individual.

Lisa grew up in the Okanagan and has played soccer from a young age. At this point in her life, when not at work, she spends most of her time chasing her young children around.
