Lisa likes to use a variety of techniques to help clients improve their function and achieve their goals. She has been practicing physiotherapy since she graduated from the University of Alberta in 2010. Since then she has taken training in advanced manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling. Lisa finds it is essential to not only help clients decrease pain, but assist them in understanding and correcting the source of the problem. 

In addition to orthopedic issues, she has taken a special interest in dizziness. She has training in assessing and treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and other vestibular disorders as well as concussion management. 

Lisa grew up in the Okanagan and has played soccer from a young age. She likes golf, snowboarding, hiking and walking her dog. At this point in her life, when not at work, she spends most of her time chasing her young children around.
